I’ll gear this critique to 2 types of folks: current Zune homeowners who are considering an upgrade, and individuals attempting to decide in between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other people worth contemplating out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this offers you adequate information to make an informed determination of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as effectively.)
