Fish Pod

Instead of filling empty wall space with another picture frame, display an aquatic environment. The Hanging Fish Pod is a fish bowl with a hemisphere shape that is made to hang on a wall. The back of the Hanging Fish Pod rests flush against the wall and the front of the Hanging Fish Pod protrudes 5 inches. It holds approximately one gallon of water and would make a cozy home for a lonely betta fish or an other small fish. When not inhabited by a fish, other uses for this hanging hemisphere are possible: they could also serve as a funky vase.

Please consider getting a bitter, planted, aerated and temperature controlled tank for your betta. Bettas are tropical fresh water fish, if you are living in a place that gets cold in winters, or have a severely air-conditioned (chilly) room, having a betta in a bowl or wall hung ones like above will make him sad and sick. Fish are alive and are pets, just like your cats and dogs. Please be responsible in doing research about a fish that you desided to commit to!!!

Yes, temperature is a necessary condition. About 70 to 80 F, or bettas might feel stressed and prone to diseases.

These bowls are gimmicks are are completely unsuitable for betta fish let alone any kind of fish. See how a betta acts in one of these things and then see how a betta acts in a heated, planted 5 gallon tank. The difference is like night and day.
