Jeriko House

At a starting point of $175 per square foot, the prefabricated dwellings boast exotic Asian teak wood finishes, coconut skin walls, Indian rosewood door handles and stone, marble and ceramics from around the globe. Jeriko claims to bring the best of all worlds together. They eliminate the waste of material, energy, and money that conventional construction incurs, while bringing the homeowner a simple, ideal combination of flexibility, sustainability, and affordability. Every wall, every floor tells a story of elegance, sophistication and world travels. Each finish and detail gives maximum impact to both beauty and individuality. The first Jeriko House will go up on May 1 in New Orleans and there are tentative plans for a 100-house development in Utah.
