up!house by Koynk Architecture

The UP!house is a prefabricated architecture designed by Koynk Architecture. The “chassis” of the UP!house is a factory welded lightweight uni-body steel construction. Upon this chassis, an exterior “body” is attached. This body is made from alternating exterior high gloss metal panels and tinted glass. Options for additional volumes of space or additional rooms are made by selecting UP or UNDER extensions to the main body of the house.

The exterior cladding is a three-inch high-insulating polyisocyanate bonded steel sandwich panel, using technology borrowed from walk-in refrigeration units. The interior is an all white, epoxy coated finish, with a luminous ceiling/wall throughout. The UP!house is fully equipped and ready to move in as delivered, with Bosch appliances and a prefabricated German kitchen as standard equipment.
