Block Balconies, 3D Apartments by Ofis Architects

Craeted by Ofis architects, the brief of this construction was to build original appartments of very low budget for young families and couples. The site is on the industrial edge of town Izola, on the Slovenian coast. The main function of the facade is to protect the loggias from the sun and to offer nice views towards the sea.

The changing rhythm of balconies creates dynamic elevations and offers privacy to the neighboring owners.
