We have bought Habode home but Tasman Distric Council would not pass it as a habitable building as Habode Neson did not supply us with the relevant (updated) documentation. We ra every frustrated with this company as they never told us that our will be the first Habode in Nelson destined for residential purpose... After they upgraded design they never bothered to provide us with papers regarding the changes so now we are stuck - we do not want to buy a building which could not even get a permit approved!!!! Very dissapointed and hoping to pull out of the contract, even if we will have to take matter to the Court. Hi there!
