Isokon Penguin Donkey Bookcase

First designed in 1939 by the Isokon company the ‘Penguin Donkey’ has become a classic piece of design. It was designed to hold books, more specifically books of the size that were published by Penguin at the time. The center of the ‘donkey’ could hold newspapers and magazines.
