Björk and French filmmaker Michel Gondry have reunited for the new video, “Declare Independence.”Michel Gondry’s visual genius, a mid-air suspended bassist, Mark Bell, and Björk’s infinite vocals getting the color treatment courtesy of a magic, puppeteering megaphone.
