Amsterdam Building by Taller 13 Architects in Mexico
“Amsterdam Building Multi family housing” is build by Elias Cattan and Patricio Guerrero from Taller 13 Architects and located Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City.

There are 25 living units on two floors and a single floor , it’s configured in 9 different typologies, from 1 to 3 bedrooms, 95m2 to 280m2, double heights and/or private terraces. The main facade is composed of a matrix of modules and partitions making each interior space unique.

The rooftop terrace has Jacuzzis, a fabric tension structure, wooden decks and furnishings for the enjoyment of open air urban dwelling and great views of the city. A lot of importance was given to all the vegetation and lighting design.
