Belkin RockStar Shares Your Music With Five Friends

Belkin has introduced its RockStar, a device that lets you attach headphones and MP3 players so you can mix and match your music with friends.

The six-port RockStar audio hub touts a single input-only socket alongside five other ports that can be toggled between input and output, essentially allowing certain DAPs to funnel different songs to different individuals.

yeah. this is pretty stupid. If you have that many people who want to listen to a song then put it on some speakers or some shit. If its a group of like 5 freinds on a bus and they only have 1 i pod and 5 sets of headphones (ONLY scenario i see this going down), then have a fucking conversation dont huddle around an i pod.

I think it would be fun to sit in a fixed location with 4 sets of headphones and invite random people to listen in on what you’re listening to. It would be like a sort of social experiment. Imagine a radio station that only 4 people could hear at a time. other than, just go to a thrift store and by a crappy pair of speakers.

A167, that’s a song. Yeh garden state used it, but it’s a song from the 80′s.
