By the first time that I looked at the picture I found that it must be a library. The façade is like a book shelf that some books are not arranged in the same row as the other books. I think it is a good point that one can understand the function of the building by looking at the exterior elevation. Interior of the building also reflect the exterior facade which shows the simplicity of the library. Providing transparent material in the façade creates the sense of fluidity in the space, the same feeling as someone reading a book.
