Waaa, that’s a really strange invention created for “Dining in 2015″ design competition by an Iranian team. Plug it directly into your car exhaust. It soaks up spare heat in the gases to do the cooking, and the clamshell design keeps those noxious fumes away from your food.

Pffff we used to wrap sausages, potatoes and bacon in tin foil and wire it to the exhaust manifold (it was an old Austin ‘Champ’ type jeep with a wide manifold) – works perfecrtly. You know when it’s cooked by the smell wafting into the car.
