Camp Smull by Resolution: 4 Architecture

Resolution: 4 creates its designs based on “modules of use” — designed for communal or private spaces. The different kinds of modules can be mixed and matched to achieve a theoretically infinite number of designs, suited to the buyer’s site, budget, and lifestyle. The various combinations are called “typologies.”

Camp Smull blends Resolution: 4’s “three-bar bridge” and “two-bar slip” typologies. The main level is the soul of the home, with the entry, a large outdoor deck, and zones for living, dining, and cooking.

The lowest level contains the master suite with a fireplace and water view. The uppermost level contains his and her’s go-away spaces with decks. The home is laid out in a “Z” shape, with two bars on the middle level and a third above, bridging the two.

Looks like it has solved a variety of problems, and the finished product has a nice appearance as well.
