Swedish Passive Houses by Kjellgren Kaminsky

The term passive house (Passivhaus in German) refers to the rigorous, voluntary, Passivhaus standard for energy use in buildings. It results in ultra-low energy buildings that require little energy for space heating.  Architecture studio Kjellgren kaminsky and their client Emrahus have presented Sweden’s first series of prefabricated passive houses at the Hem & Villa housing fair in Malmö from March 6 to March 9.

The Passive Houses, which were presented at the Hem & Villa housing fair in Malmö, Sweden earlier this month, are well-insulated homes that require minimal heating.
