The Stillwater Dwellings sd-s (stillwater series) is a collection of thirteen one and two story pre-designed homes ranging in size from 870 to 2,950 square feet. Designs feature butterfly roof lines, window “visors” and steel plate entry canopies. The homes offer a choice of three exterior / interior finish packages. Options include clerestory “light shelf” windows, patios and decks, and a detached 2 car garage.
Stillwater manufactures its homes with the least amount of waste, using renewable materials like bamboo; with decking and countertops that incorporate recycled materials. Energy is saved through their use of high-efficiency lighting fixtures, high-performance insulation, passive cooling and a tight building envelope
Interior finishes, bathrooms, lighting fixtures and appliances are upgraded for style and function. The “Modern” package is modern, sleek, and minimalist. The “Natural” is designed to be simple, clean, and polished, with lots of natural wood and light, airy colours.

MiniTWO
Our big “mini” has spaciousness beyond its modest 585sf. The miniTWO comes fully loaded with private bedroom, full bathroom & kitchen, and spacious great room. This home is designed to transport and install quickly and easily. Stillwater’s soaring roof lines and large glass doors open up to let the outdoors in.
This collection of pre-designed one & two-story homes ranges in size from our 870 square foot sd111 to our largest home, the 2,950 square foot sd231. All homes have our signature soaring butterfly roofline, unique interior/exterior “lightshelf/visors”, plate steel entry canopies, and efficient layouts that emphasize indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. We build them in a controlled environment in just a matter of weeks to obtain the highest level of quality, while reducing waste and keeping your costs lower and more predictable than a typical site-built home.
Each home is built to the highest International Residential Code (IRC) standards, not the lesser HUD standards like a mobile home. This means the home will feel sturdier, last longer, and have a much higher resale value.
