Porthole Drink Infuser by Martin Kastner

Chicago-based Crucial Detail design studio has created the Porthole infuser. Designer Martin Kastner, who was inspired to create the vessel infuser during a conversation with the bar chefs at the Aviary, preparing for the opening of the restaurant. Inspired by this desire to make an infuser that was reflective of a window, the team at Crucial Detail provided the circular Porthole with glass sides for a spectacular view of imaginative concoctions. The striking design makes it simple to see striking of a variety of time-lapse infusions for: cocktails, oils, teas, dressings, lemonade, coffee, or any other type of infusion.
