Swedish artist Erik Nordenenkar claims to have created the “biggest drawing in the world” by sending a GPS-equipped plastic briefcase on a squiggly, looping trip around the world, tracing out a 110,664-km (68,763-mile) unbroken line with the help of DHL delivery planes and trucks.

This campaign is realized by Publicis, Malaysia to give the impression that someone actually walked through a gigantic piece of paper and caused it to tear. Several of these standees were then placed at strategic locations to demonstrate to passers-by that what’s real to their eyes is actually a reproduction using HP Advanced Photo Paper.
AEG Noise Campaign

AEG-Electrolux has installed billboards outfitted with sensors to measure noise levels across Europe in a campaign supporting its new silent washing machine. So far, they’ve deployed them in London, Berlin, Madrid, Brussels, and Milan. Basically the billboard has built in decibel meters connected remotely to LED screens, so 24/7 passerbys can see the noise level…

Foam City, Sony’s Latest Advert

Created by the ad agency Fallon London, which also made the three previous iconic Sony advertisements, the new advert, “Foam City”, promotes Sony’s Handycam, Cyber-shot and α, its new digital camera brand. The team flooded the centre of the Florida, south-east United States, city with over 460 million litres of foam, using the world’s largest foam-producing machine, which could fill an Olympic swimming pool in 24 seconds.

Durex’s new “Last Longer” campaign by DDB

To highlight this product benefit, DDB Auckland from New Zealand distributed limited edition pillow sleeves at Erotica. As a result, the Durex stand was inundated, increasing sales by 28%. It was such a hit with the guys that hundreds more pillow cases were printed and sold in D.vice sex stores as a continuation of the promotion.
Stinky Jocks Campaign for JBS

Norwegian underwear company JBS has once again proven that sex can sell everything with their new ad campaign featuring a nurse, a nun, a French maid and a sexy secretery passionately smelling a pair of (stinky?) JBS boxers. The campaign was banned in their own country, but thanks to the internet, these pictures based around the ultimate male sexual fantasies still benefited from the viral advertising.

600 Naked People on a Glacier in Switzerland

Photographer Spencer Tunick — already famous for his naked crowd pictures — teamed up with Greenpeace to put 600 people on a glacier in Switzerland. The objective was to make us more aware of the global warming. The campaign was a huge success and has been picked up by many media outlets.

An original marketing on a bus stop created by “Saatchi & Saatchi” which also did “Dynamite Surfing” for Quiksilver. Quiksilver takes advertising to a new level with their recent billboards in Copenhagen. One of their new ad spaces allow skaters to go on a Quiksilver mini ramp attached to a bus stop.This bus stop can be seen in Denmark.
Cool Superman Elevator Ad

This ad promoting Superman Returns is probably one of the coolest I ever saw. The elevator shows hands that pull back when the door opens to reveal the Superman Returns logo on the back wall, providing a striking visual and making quite an impact on the people stepping in.
