Enclosed Open House by Wallflower Architecture

Singapore based architect, Wallflower Architecture has created innovative architectural spaces amidst urban density for a homeowner in Singapore East Coast area.

The owners wanted a spacious, contemporary house that would be as open as possible but without compromising security and privacy at the same time. Surrounded by neighbours on four sides, the solution was a fully fenced compound with a spatial programme that internalised spaces such as pools and gardens, which are normally regarded as external to the envelope of the house.

Glass Home Concept by Santambrogiomilao Group

Designed by the Santambrogiomilao Group, this concept home is made entirely from glass including the exterior, furniture and accessories. The glass house is quite stunning in its aesthetics but who would want to have a permanent the view of world at 360 degrees without a care for privacy.

The glass home is a collaboration between founder Carlo Santambrogio and designer Ennio Arosio featuring a series of iconic furniture pieces, beds, sofas and bookcases, along with architectural elements such as staircases and kitchens.

Healthcare Center Competition Won by NORD Architects

The Citadel Floating Apartment Complex, a 60-unit luxury apartment complex designed by Dutch architect Koen Olthuis for Dutch firm Waterstudio, defies the tides while cutting energy use by 25 percent Waterstudio. The Citadel will rise and fall with the changing water levels.
The Citadel will be comprised of 60 luxury apartments, a parking garage, a floating roadway, and boat docks as well as a garden terrace and many greenhouses.
