iCufflinks by Adafruit

“Adafruit” just released the iCufflinks, handsome, battery powered glowing cufflinks that pulse at the same speed as the Macbook’s “sleep” light. What’s really interesting is that the cufflinks are open source so you can download the circuit board files, the schematics, the CAD files, and the source code. Adafruit encourages other people to reprogram and hack the cufflinks to the pattern of their choice.
It seems that you could also switch out the color of the LED and mix it up a bit, but if you want to stay true to the Mac look, you should keep using that white LED.

Luckily, this young Chinese woman, who arrived in Paris in 2000, didn’t listen to her mother’s advice when she was little. From the luxurious and refined aesthetic of French haute cuisine to the bright, modern colours of contemporary junkfood, Xi has always felt that it was a shame to leave such beauty on her plate. So in 2009 she created MIAM, a tiny workshop in the heart of Paris where her little delectable creations are predominantly made by hand from a polymer base. Bringing new meaning to the term “eye candy”.

Bee Cufflinks by Jan Leslie
In addition to Jan Leslie’s Bumble Bee cufflinks, which are already best sellers, bee-themed accessories are causing a serious swarm of interest.

In Leslie’s sterling silver hand-painted enamel collection Jan’s creative process begins with the study of the actual subject – insect, animal or otherwise; next a wax prototype is sculpted then cast in sterling silver and polished smooth. The creation is then individualized through a technique of meticulously hand painting layers of enamel, creating the desired blend of colour and luminescence.
