Closet Organizing 20 Trouser Rack

Closet_Organizing_20_Trouser_Rack_CubeMe1

This may not be the prettiest storage trousers but in any case, it is very practical.

This rack keeps 20 pairs of slacks neatly hung and readily accessible. It easily mounts to a closet wall or door and has a 10-gauge steel support bracket that holds 20 hardwood dowels so you can hang trousers flush against the wall, then swing them out individually, up to 180°. The 5/8″-diameter dowels reduce creasing of even fine fabrics and one-inch vertical spacing between the dowels allows for easy visibility.

‘Naturoscopie’ Collection by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance

‘Naturoscopie,’is limited edition collection of pieces created especially for the Design Miami/Basel, then in Paris by the French designer and interior architect Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance.

With this work, the designer is resolutely committed to go beyond a literal transcription of nature to rekindle the impressions and sensations that we all feel in facing certain natural phenomena. In this collection, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance puts into perspective an idea of nature which is not imitated or represented, but is rather harnessed, sensed and recreated. Here, the function of the design object (to light, to place, to reflect…) is infused with a primary emotional imprint, that of nature when the sunlight creeps through the foliage of a tree, when the sky changes with the wind, when the image of a sunset overwhelms the sensitive surface of our memories. Simplicity and universality are conveyed thanks to synthetic materials such as carbon fibre, plexiglas and polyamide, rather than natural materials, via the technology of LEDs and their digital programming rather than a gesture of Arte Povera. The organic shapes of the pieces, fluid yet structured, support and extend this sensory experience. ‘Naturoscopie’ is above all reminiscence, a personal, as well as universal, Proust’s Madeleine. Design asserts itself as a vector of impressions, an image developer, a receptacle and a transmitter of emotions. “There are moments, days, during which
